About the Founder
Reb Ephraim Sternberg had a dream to create a Makom Torah for all klal Yisrael without boundaries or borders.
Together with Harav Azerad Shlita, he drives the Kollel forward, providing a space for Talmidim to learn in a spiritually infused environment.

Harav Matisyahu Azerad Shlita, affectionately known by his talmidim as "Reb Matis", is a marbitz Torah in Yerushalayim for over a decade.
He leads the Kollel with his inimitable energy; with his wide scope of knowledge, and his uncompromising drive for truth.
He keeps a strong kesher with his talmidim, with his world-famous chaburos and shiurim being disseminated to his talmidim across the globe.
Rabbi Azerad Shlita spends some his time as a Rebbe at Derech/Ohr Sameach as well as a trusted posek for the greater community of Ramat Eshkol and Givat Hamivtar.
